Mental Health is a combination of our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It’s the private part of us, so if you imagine the public part to be your outer appearance mental health is the internal. Your mental health can be affected by lots of factors including your lifestyle (diet, exercise) as well as biological (genes) and life experiences (trauma, abuse).
